Call goes out to Aberdeen’s potential foster carers

A special information event for potential foster carers is taking place at Airyhall Library at the end of January.

The event which takes place on Wednesday 31 January between 3.30 and 6.30pm will give visitors tthe opportunity to speak to foster carers and members of the council’s recruitment team and ask questions about fostering.

Councillor John Wheeler, Convener of Education and Children’s Services, said: “Foster carers play a vital role in ensuring that our children, young people and families experience the best outcomes possible.
